Looking to preserve your garden harvest or prepare shelf-stable meals at home? BHCSD#2 BOCES is excited to offer a FREE Pressure Canner Rental Program for community members!

We now have a Presto 23-Quart Pressure Canner & Cooker (Model 01784) available to borrow for up to one week at a time. This is a fantastic opportunity to safely preserve vegetables, meats, and more—without needing to purchase your own canner.

🔧 Features of the Presto Pressure Canner:

• 23-quart capacity – holds 7 quart jars or 20 pint jars

• Works on gas, electric, and smooth-top ranges

• Includes a pressure dial gauge and air vent/cover lock for safety

• Comes with a cooking rack and complete instruction manual

• Durable, easy-to-clean aluminum construction

📝 How It Works:

• Fill out the rental agreement form below online at lovellrecandboces.com

• A $20 refundable cash deposit is required at pick-up

• Pick up and return the canner at the Lovell Rec & BOCES Office (600 Shoshone Ave)

• Rentals are for one week maximum, with extensions possible upon request
