Football – Flag & Tackle

Flag Football: Grades 3 & 4
Tackle Football: Grades 5 & 6
August 29 – October 22*
$20 per participant**

Skills week: August 29-30
Constitution Park, Softball field
Grades 3 & 4 = 5:30 – 6:15 p.m.
Grades 5 & 6 = 6:30 – 7:45 p.m.

Team practices are expected to begin the week of September 5th.
Individual team practices will be based on coach schedule and availability.

**$20 does not cover tackle football equipment rental deposit.

Flag Football – Grades 3 & 4 

Flag Football will follow guidelines used by “USA Football.”

We are currently seeking assistance with Flag Football’s skills week. Please indicate on registration or contact Ashley (307-254-7461) if you’re interested and available to help.

Tackle Football – Grades 5 & 6

Tackle Football Program Coordinator: Jonathan Morgan

Tackle Football will follow guidelines used by “USA Football.”

Staff from both the high school and middle school football teams will be working closely with the Rec program coaches to ensure skills and techniques are followed as stated in with the USA Football league format. In the past couple years we have played 8-man, however, this year we will base this on registration numbers and available competitors.

Lovell Recreation requires a $50 uniform & equipment deposit for all tackle football players. (This must be paid in cash or a check.) Equipment check out will occur in person at 600 Shoshone Ave on September 1st at the following times:

5th Grade at 5:30 PM
6th Grade at 6:30 PM

The $50 deposit is due upon receipt of equipment and will be refunded at the end of the season IF the equipment is returned clean and in reasonable condition, based on director’s discretion.
